Fair Housing Statement
Effective on launch
I'm committed to equal housing opportunity. I follow the federal Fair Housing Act and Oregon fair housing law in every part of my business: listings, advertising, showings, negotiations and the information on this site.
Who is protected. Federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status and disability. Oregon law adds sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status and source of income, including housing assistance such as Section 8 vouchers. Some cities and counties add more.
What that means here. I describe homes and places, not the people who should live in them. Community pages talk about what's there (the river, the trails, the drive times, the homework before you buy), not who a neighborhood suits. I don't steer buyers toward or away from any area. And I'm happy to point you to public data sources so you can research neighborhoods and decide for yourself.
